Meet Kelly Balchus

Since 2018, I have dedicated my career to helping people move out of pain and into wellness through the healing power of massage therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor, Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, and Vodder-trained Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) specialist. In 2023, I founded Highland Village Massage and Bodywork PLLC, a space built on clinical excellence, compassion, and client-centered care.

My specialties include therapeutic and medical massage, post-surgical lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and veteran-focused massage services. I am passionate about supporting each client’s unique journey—whether that means reducing pain, aiding recovery, improving mobility, or simply creating space for deep relaxation.

With over seven years of experience, I draw from a wide range of advanced techniques to customize every session, blending science-based approaches with an intuitive touch. My mission is to help clients restore balance, enhance recovery, and achieve lasting results in their health and wellness.
